Individual Parent Coaching Sessions
These private, one-hour, sessions are tailored to your individual needs. Ultimately, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how you, your patterns, and your nervous system show up in your parenting. There’s more flexibility and fluidity with the resources shared and topics covered in individual sessions. In addition, there's also more accountability when you work with me privately. Sessions are held via the phone or a video platform.

Group Sessions
In a small group setting (online), we’ll explore weekly-themed topics such as: parenting intentions, default patterns, limiting beliefs and so many more, along with solutions for navigating those tricky parenting moments. Each week’s content will integrate the latest research in the fields of child development and neuroscience. You’ll end the sessions with a significant amount of information to support you on your personal parenting journey.
12-Week Parent Group:
Twelve-week group meeting for one hour (online). Topics and weekly content are pre-determined. Videos and digital workbooks included in the pricing.

Express Group:
Six-week group, meeting via private Facebook group. Videos, workbook downloads, and FB live sessions will be held.

THE INNER CIRCLE
It takes a village to raise a parent and that’s exactly why, and how, we’ve designed the INNER CIRCLE. This membership gives you unlimited access to a private community of other parents/caregivers plus Amy via Facebook, where you can ask questions, show support for others, and get topic-specific support. INNER CIRCLE members also receive exclusive coaching content/materials, plus access to special pricing on courses, sessions, and workshops. This is like having a coach at your fingertips! Be in a community of like minded parents and have support as you need it!

NAVIGATING THE "OTHERHOOD" OF MOTHERHOOD
So many additional unexpected roles and responsibilities come with the title of “mother”. Often it’s the extraneous “other”--taking us in so many different directions-- that makes us feel lost.
Amy will act as our emotional GPS, steering us neatly through heavy topics such as motherhood mental load, generational patterns, child development, boundaries/discipline, and nervous system science. We’ll learn new skills, insight, and strategies to help us reroute and get on course to feeling connected to ourselves and our children.
If you’ve ever wished parenting came with a road map, this workshop is for you.
Join us if you find yourself running on empty-- or simply want to be equipped to handle the journey ahead. All stages of mother/otherhood welcome!
